Louisville Skating Academy is a non profit organization dedicated to promoting and developing the sport of figure skating in the Louisville area by encouraging an environment of good sportsmanship while providing training opportunities to meet the needs of all levels of skaters in achieving their personal goals from recreational skating to competition at national and international events.

Louisville Skating Academy is a not for profit, 501 c3, figure skating club that is a member of U.S. Figure Skating (USFS). U.S. Figure Skating is recognized by the International Skating Union (ISU), and the International Olympic Committee (IOC) as the governing body of figure skating in the United States.
